1. General Order Fulfillment
Order Processing Time

Standard Processing (Non-Custom Items): Orders for in-stock, non-customized items are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a separate email notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Custom Order Production Time

Production Time: Orders requiring customization (embroidery, screen printing, hemming, etc.) require additional production time. Custom production generally takes 10-12 business days for production after design finalization and payment confirmation.

Total Delivery Time: Total delivery time for custom orders is Production Time + Shipping Transit Time.
2. Shipping Rates, Carriers, and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on the chosen service level, package weight, and delivery address, and will be displayed at checkout in INR.
A. Domestic Shipping (PAN India)
We ship to all states and union territories across India (PAN India). We partner with reliable carriers, including Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC.
B. International Shipping
We offer shipping to All Countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs feesonce the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are notincluded in the item price or shipping cost. SUPERB APPARELS has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the status of your delivery.
4. Damaged or Lost Orders
SUPERB APPARELS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

5. Shipping Address Changes
We can only make changes to the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Due to our commitment to fast service, this window may be very short, especially for non-custom items. Please contact us immediately at utouniform@gmail.com if you need to change your address.
